Dear Friends in Service to the Young,
Greetings of Peace!
Every Summer the Vicariate of the Holy Spirit Youth Ministry (VHS-YM) initiates activity to gather the young people from different parishes and this time the Mabalacat Parish Youth Minstry (MPYM) of Our Lady of Grace Parish, targeted barangays, sitios and other youth communities as integral part of the church through sports and other religious activities. This event was dubbed“ SuYo Power Fest 2009” with the theme “Receive the Power of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 1:8) from World Youth Day 2008 which will be held on May 21, 22 and 23, 2009 at Our Lady of Grace Parish, Mabalacat, Pampanga.
In line with this, we would like to invite the youth in your community on the said activity that will help us realize our vision. Thank you very much and we hope that you would continue to support our mission as youth servants.

Guidelines for the T-shirt Design Making Competition
Guidelines for the T-shirt Design Making Competition
1. The contest is open to all youth that resides within the parish jurisdiction of the Vicariate of the Holy Spirit.
2. Membership to parish youth organization is not a prerequisite in joining the competition.
3. All entries shall be endorsed by the youth leader of the governing parish of the participant.
4. Unlimited entries are allowed for every parish.
5. The design of the t-shirt shall adhere to the Su’Yo Power Fest 2009 theme: “Receive the Power of the Holy Spirit.”
6. The design shall have the maximum number of four colors only. A difference in hue shall be considered a different color.
7. All entries shall be submitted on or before 1st of May 2009. Contestants may opt to submit in either hard copy or soft copy or both. Hard copies shall be submitted personally to the vicariate council. Soft copies shall be submitted via email to liadnalla@yahoo.com.
8. Entries shall be judged in the following criteria:
Relevance to the theme -40%
Originality -20%
Innovation -20%
Composition -20%
TOTAL -100%
